• Social login providers (e.g., Google) may share your name, email, and profile photo when you choose to log in via those platforms.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication infrastructure. Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics (GA4) — Website analytics and user behaviour tracking. Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — Advertising attribution and retargeting. Privacy Policy
• Payment Processors — Secure handling of subscription and credit purchases. Payment data is transmitted directly to PCI-compliant processors and is never stored on our servers in raw form.
• Kie.ai - When you use MoonAds AI-powered features, we may send the content you choose to submit to Kie.ai, our third-party AI processing provider, in order to generate or process the output you request.
  This may include text prompts, messages, and instructions you enter; images, videos, audio, and other media you upload; content metadata necessary to process your request, such as aspect ratio, format, duration, model selection, and related generation parameters; and limited account identifiers, such as your user ID or email address, where needed to return the generated result to your account or maintain service integrity.
  We collect this data directly from you when you type prompts, upload files, submit generation requests, create content, or contact support; automatically from your device and app usage, including device, log, diagnostic, and analytics data; and from sign-in providers, such as Google or Apple, when you choose those login methods.
  We use this data to create, edit, enhance, and deliver AI-generated content and other requested services, to authenticate your account and maintain your profile, to store and return generated results to your account, to provide customer support, to monitor performance, reliability, abuse, fraud, and security, and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We require third parties that process personal data on our behalf to provide privacy and security protections that are the same as or substantially equivalent to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications (e.g., receipts, account alerts) will still be sent as they are necessary for the Service.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 90 days after account deletion, to allow for account recovery.
• Generated content (videos, images) is stored according to your subscription plan and may be deleted upon account closure.
• Billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for business intelligence purposes.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention procedures.

Children's Privacy

MoonAds is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@moonadsugc.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Changes to This Policy
